Do you charge for collections?
We collect for free! However if you have less than 5 packs for us to collect at any one collection, then there will be a £5 fee.
Are there any fees if we have a collection booked but no shipments to give you?
If you have a collection booked in but there is nothing to collect when our driver arrives there will be a:
£15 fee if the collection is in the London postcode area ((N, NW, W, WC, SW, SE, E, EC)
£30 fee if the collection is outside of these postcodes
Are there any fees for cancelling a collection?
If you cancel your collection last minute (after 10pm the night before the collection is due to take place, there will be a £10 fee.
Are there any fees for booking in a collection at the last minute?
If you book in a last minute collection (after 10pm the night before you want the collection), there will be a £10 fee as this is essentially a same day collection.
