For deliveries within the M25
We collect everyday, Monday to Sunday, from 8am to 9pm for next day delivery.
We deliver everyday, Monday to Sunday from 7am to 10pm. As Sunday delivery costs a little more, you need to opt in. Let us know if you would like this setting enabled and we can set it up for you!
For DHL deliveries outside the M25
We collect everyday, Monday to Sunday. Next day delivery is dependent on the delivery postcode, and some regions only have 48 or 72 hour availability. You can see DHLs service map here.
Postcode permitting, shipments collected Monday to Thursday will be delivered the next day. Friday collections will be delivered on Mondays, however a Saturday delivery can be purchased. Saturday and Sunday collections will be delivered on Tuesdays. For any postcodes further afield, these timelines may be a day or two longer. Delivery times are Monday to Friday, 7am-8pm, with a Saturday service available to buy.
To ensure your shipments are given to DHL in time for next day delivery, the collection needs to arrive back at our depot in South Bermondsey by 17:30.
