How to automatically mark your WooCommerce orders as completed/fulfilled
Updated over a week ago

An order can be marked as “Completed” in WooCommerce to signify that the fulfillment process has been finished and that the order no longer has to be shipped. You can choose to mark the order as completed at a number of different stages during the lifecycle of a shipment (for example you could choose to mark the order as completed as soon as the shipment has been created in Packfleet or when the shipment has been successfully delivered).

Please note that this will only update orders that have a Packfleet shipment attached to them.

  1. Login to your Packfleet dashboard

  2. Press the Setting 👤 icon in the bottom left and then navigate to the Integrations tab

  3. Find your WooCommerce store in the list of connected integrations and press Settings

  4. Find the Automatic fulfillment section

  5. Select the required option and press save
