At Packfleet, we keep the customer informed with a text message and an e-mail on every major delivery event.
If you import orders from Shopify and use our auto-fulfillment feature, you may notice for certain events that your customers receive an e-mail from Packfleet as well as an e-mail from Shopify.
To prevent this duplication, itʼs often a good idea to disable Shopifyʼs delivery notifications once the order is fulfilled.
To do this:
Go to your Packfleet integration settings
Press ⚙️ Settings next to your Shopify store
Scroll all the way down to "Advanced settings"
Un-toggle "Shopify notifications for recipients"
