We can’t always successfully deliver a package on the first attempt. If you don’t ship perishable goods, we will attempt delivery 3 times before returning the shipment to you.

If you ship perishable goods, by default we will only attempt delivery once before returning the shipment to you. If you’d like us to increase the number of delivery attempts for perishable items, get in contact via your merchant dashboard and we can amend this for you!
