For deliveries within the M25, if the shipment has not been collected yet

If the shipment hasn’t been collected by us yet (the status will be ‘Booked for Collection’) and the delivery address is within the M25, then you can add a timed window to a delivery through your merchant dashboard:

  1. Head to the ‘to collect’ tab.

  2. Click the ‘edit’ button next to the shipment you want to add a timed window for. This will be on the right hand side of the page.

  3. Scroll down to the Delivery section and click Add a delivery time window

  4. Use the sliding scale to select the start and end time for the window

For deliveries within the M25, if the shipment has been collected

If we have already collected the shipment, please contact us through your merchant dashboard and we can add the timed window on for you.

For deliveries outside of the M25

For any deliveries outside of the M25, please choose the timeframe when creating the shipment. Once the shipment is created we are unable to add or change a time frame.
