The delivery address is within the M25

For shipments within the M25, if the shipment has not yet been collected then you can edit the address on the merchant dashboard:

  1. Head to the to collect tab.

  2. Click the tracking phrase on the right hand side.

  3. Edit the recipient address.

If the shipment has already been collected, please instruct the recipient to update the address through their tracking link.

The delivery address is outside of the M25

At the moment we are unable to update addresses on shipments which are outside the M25, as we deliver these using DHL. You will need to delete the shipment and re-upload it with the correct address.

Please note that once DHL have the shipment, any changes to address will delay the delivery by a day.

To delete a shipment from the dashboard:

  1. Head to the to collect tab on the merchant dashboard.

  2. Click the box on the left hand side of the shipment you want to delete.

  3. Click delete in the top right hand corner of the page.
