I haven't printed my labels yet
If you haven't printed your labels yet, the easiest way to move shipments from one collection to another is to delete and re-upload your shipments. Once the shipments have been re-uploaded you can allocate them to the correct collection.
I have already printed my labels
If you have already printed your labels, then you can remove shipments from a collection by allocating them to another collection which has already been booked in. At the moment, each shipment will have to be moved one at a time. This will need to be done if you’d like to cancel a collection which has shipments assigned to it.
If you would still like the collection to go ahead, then don’t worry if the wrong shipments are assigned to it - we will collect what you give us! If your collection will be much larger or smaller than the number of shipments allocated to it, contact us via your merchant dashboard to let us know.
To remove shipments from a collection so that you can cancel the collection:
Head to the to collect tab of your merchant dashboard.
Click edit on the right hand side of each shipment.
Select another collection to assign the shipment to.
Repeat steps 1-3 until the collection has no shipments assigned to it
Once the collection you want to cancel has no shipments assigned to it, go back to the home page and you will see the option to skip the collection.
