Within the M25 we have industry-leading shipping insurance up to £1000.
For deliveries with DHL outside of the M25
Outside of the M25, you can receive coverage of up to £75 per shipment in line with DHL’s claim policy. To raise a claim with DHL, your packaging needs to be approved by us first. Please email [email protected] with images of your exterior and internal packaging, with an example of items that you ship.
Your packaging should be able to withstand a fall from hip height to reduce the risk of damage during transit. Take a look at our packaging tips!
