Yes, we can collect from a customers address if the collection and delivery addresses are within the M25. You will need to create a shipment with the delivery address for your warehouse and attach this to a collection from the customer's address!

Please then send the label to the customer to attach it. If the customer isn't able to print the label and attach it, then we will be unable to collect the pack.

There will be a collection fee of £5 plus your usual delivery costs.
